My Favourite Travel Workout: The Ultimate Resistance Band Full Body Tone Up

Just a few weeks ago, I went on a short family trip and I knew I wanted to get at least one workout in. Sooooo I packed my trusty resistance band and my Favourite Travel Workout and prepared to sweat. I absolutely love resistance bands because they are ridiculously portable and when used properly, can make a grown woman (and man for that matter) cry. Give my  Favourite Travel Workout a try for a portable full body strength training workout that will make you sweat and feel the burn in all the right places.

 

 

My Fit Coach Resistance Band Workout:

 

Perform 12-15 reps of each exercise back to back with no breaks. Once you've completed all the exercises, rest for 60-90 sec and repeat for 3-4 sets total.

 

1) Resistance Band Squat (can be done with bodyweight only as well)

2) Resistance Band Bent Over Row

3) Lateral Band Walks

4) Resistance Band Chest Press

5) Resistance Band Glute Kickbacks

6) Resistance Band Bicep Curls

7) Resistance Band Overhead Tricep Extensions

 

1) Resistance Band Squats:

4) Resistance Band Chest Press

 

 

5) Resistance Band Glute Kickbacks

 

  6) Resistance Band Bicep Curls
