The "Canada 150" Workout

Unless you've been living under a rock, you may have heard that this weekend is a kind of a big deal up in Canada. It's Canada's 150th birthday and it's cause for a big celebration the only way we know how here at My Fit Coach.

So put down your double double, get off your adirondack and let's do this!

Here's how it works:

Complete 10 reps of the following 5 exercises then rest for 1-2 minutes. Complete 2 more sets of the circuit for a total of 150 reps.

1) Single Arm Overhead Lunge (10 each side)

2) Single Arm Row (with Balance Challenge- 10 reps each side)

3) Plank to High Lunge

4) Side Lying Tricep Press (10 each side)

5) Plank Jack
